Readiness to Pay

Please provide accurate color reference in the form of a flat color scheme (most preferred), or hex-code list if color accuracy is hyper-important to you. Do keep in mind that environmental lighting will affect the colors in the end product.

If I accept your commission, I will contact you within a week to flesh out the details of the order and payment. If for any reason I do not accept your commission, you will still receive notification of this.

PayPal Only

Upfront payment. Payment installments are available for commissions over 150 USD.

No refunds after the sketch is complete

Sketch stage: Only 1 full redraw of the sketch, 2 major revisions (ex: proportion, pose adjustment) and 3 minor revisions (ex: color swapping, mouth change).

Lineart and Rendering stage: Up to 5 minor revisions.

Complete: Up to 3 minor revisions.

Be ready to pay the estimated total in full.

Submit a request through the google form with a description, character references, and your discord username.

I will reach out to you within a week and the sketching process will begin after there is a mutual understanding of what is being asked.

Sketches are completed within 1-3 days (unless stated otherwise), and the final product will be received within 2-4 weeks post-payment.

Completion of the commission will start, and ALL updates will be provided on the Commission Tracker.

1. A watermarked version of the finished commission will be sent for approval.

2. Any final touch-ups with a maximum of 3 revisions.

3. The finished and approved commission will be delivered through Discord in a zip file. Once delivered , the commission is complete, and no more revisions are to be made unless it is an error caused by me (the artist).

You CANNOT use it in AI, NFTs, blockchains, crypto currency, or promotional media for these things.

You CANNOT claim anyone but me (Oxerdace/August Lance) created your artwork.

You CANNOT trace it and claim it as your own.
